  3. Beginning with the 3rd release of our shareware disc and every
  4. CD-ROM disc thereafter CMS SOFTWARE will offer advertising in
  5. a special section on our discs.  This advertising can be used
  6. by commercial and non-commercial businesses or individuals.  
  7. All ads will be published in ANSI and NON-ANSI screens.  One
  8. screen is defined as 79 X 24.  Any text and/or graphics may
  9. be included inside this area.  To order advertising see the

  93. screens will be published both in an end user directory and
  94. in a special BBS downloadable area on each disc.

  97. and can be in the form of company check, money order, VISA or
  98. Mastercard.  CMS Software reserves the right to reject any
  99. advertisement for any reason CMS finds necessary.  Call us
